4g connection?

I have not seen my phone connect to 4g in about a week. New in December, it's been pretty consistently connected to 4g. Is this a regional thing (Northern Colorado) or my phone?

That's definitely not normal, drakean8! We're here to help out, and get your phone up and running correctly. Were there any updates processed recently with your phone, when you noticed 4G not appearing? Have you tried placing your phone in Airplane Mode for 10 seconds via Settings? I also recommend shutting off your phone, and removing the SIM card for about 20-30 seconds. Place it back in your HTC One, and power back on again. This generally should help with recovering 4G.

So we may review your location, what is the zip code of the area where issues are occurring?

We look forward to working with you drakean8. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hi Drakean8,

Let's locate your missing 4G LTE connection! When you leave this area does your 4G LTE return? Have you tried removing/adding the sim card to the device? Any liquid or physical damage to the device?

Thanks,

Check the Preferred network settings - Go to Settings >> Tap Mobile Data >> Preferred Network.  Be sure it is set to LTE/CDMA mode.  Occasionally our HTC One will shift to Global, causing laggy and inconsistent connections.  I don't know why it changes, but restting it to LTE/CDMA  puts things back to rights.
