ANNOUNCE INCOMING CALLS

DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THE RHYME WILL ANNOUNCE THE INCOMING CALLS?

I was able to check the call settings on the Rhyme. It doesn't have the option to "read out" the incoming caller.
