Once I have read a downloaded Adobe file, how can I delete it? I see where I can "clear recent viewed", but not where I can delete file.

You can check your browser's download listing. With the default browser open, press menu > more > downloads
Or you can use a file explorer application like Estrongs or Astro and navigate to the download folder and delete the file from there.
