recently my htc thunderbolt i got less than a month ago started acting up and i got a new one and its doing the same thing right out of box. is anyone else having this issue.
when i call somone or if somone calls me they cant hear me talk, or if im in the middle of a conversation they cant hear me like my phone auto goes in to mute mode but im not turning the mute on .
was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue .
I've had this happen to me on occassion..
My wife had the problem occur a lot as she uses her phone a lot. When she first got the TBolt, the issue you described happened occassionally. She got a new TBolt and it happened a lot. A Verizon tech said sometimes it's an issue with the account.
It still happens to me on occassion. I haven't called Verizon Tech Support to fix it as of yet. I'm hoping the new software release will fix it.
