It was necessary to do a factory reset on my daughter's HTC Rhyme. Prior to doing that we backed up her contacts with backup assistant. Now, in trying to restore contacts i get a message saying "Error Unable to connect to the server". Any help?
Hi Carrie511,Oh my! I know how important it is to have your contacts on your phone. Let's get this fixed. Reset your sync services on the device. Go to settings>applications>manage applications>all>sync services>clear data(select ok)>force stop.
