Battery Life Dying after 4 months

Generally speaking, my HTC Rhyme will last one day - I charge it nightly and by the next night it's almost out of juice. The last few days while sitting at my work desk, I have noticed that the battery will go from fully charged to *WARNING* Almost out of Battery*. I'm not even using the phone, it's just sitting next to me. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

read the manual about proper charging, if you have a warranty you can get a replacement phone and just start from the beginning. if not, you're sol.

yes all droids batter are lousy and will not hold a charge if use for more that 4 hours. And when charging them using a car charger they do not charge fully and never will.
