need help my HTC Thunderbolt Battery dies fast but when i restart it the battery is full agian? than when i plug it in the phone turns off.

it might be time for a new battery. they lose juice over time and i'm guessing yours is over a year old?

It sounds similar to what I was experiencing, and AZSALUKI's suggestion to get a new battery may fix your issue.
