Bluetooth disconnects randomly from Thunderbolt

Is anyone experiencing trouble keeping their bluetooth paired with the thunderbolt? My headset will disconnect without warning and with no cause- I have not moved or opened a new app.

This is an Android problem in general, but does seem a bit worse on the TB.

I use my T-bolt and DX  bluetooth with Acura hands free link and pioneer bluetooth both with bluetooth audio and have had no problems at all.

What Android problem in general are you refering to?

After researching this issue I was unable to locate issues reported to Verizon Wireless regarding the bluetooth disconnecting. The issue may be with the actual bluetooth and not your handset. You can ensure your Bluetooth settings are correct using the directions below. If you continue to have issues, we can speak with you to trouble-shoot your equipment and bluetooth.

  1. From the Home screen, select the applications tab (lower-left corner).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Wireless & networks.

  4. Select Bluetooth settings.

  5. Select Bluetooth.
Note Bluetooth is enabled if a green check mark is present.
