Can't get visual vm after 4.4.3 update.

Phone only says "connecting to visual voice mail."  That's it.  I've turned off phone, restarted, but still not vm after 20 minutes of trying. Other functions working. Can access vm with *86....but then I'm paying for visual vm.

Oh my! I know how important it is to have a properly working device. Please go to settings>app/application manager>visual voicemail> clear the cache & force close. Keep me posted with the results.

Thanks Pamela,

Did as you instructed.  Visual voicemail is not listed in the app manager

in settings.

Hi Kirven,

Thanks for the details! I was just able to complete the actions. Please go to settings>app manager>scroll to "all" at the top>scroll to visual voicemail>clear cache & force close.

Hi Pamela,

No go. I've followed your instructions, found vvm in app manager, cleared

cache and restarted the phone 3 times. Still, all I get when I click the

voice mail icon is "connecting to visual voicemail....". I've stared at

that message for quite some time now.

Thank you for giving that a try. I know we'll get it working for you. Which make/model phone, exactly, do you have? I'd like to provide some customized steps to put your phone in Safe Mode, but without that info I'm unable to do so.
