I recently went online and changed my phone number and set it for today. Now my phone doesnt work i see that my phones identity still has my old number but i cant change it. I have tried factory reseting everything 4 times and nothing. I would greatly appreciate anything that will help.
Have you rebooted the phone? Or take the battery out for a minute or two along with the SIM card and then re-assembly? If that doesn't work you might have to request a new SIM card for the Thunderbolt.
