Anyone have any idea why it would take more than 6hrs to get email on the TB when it has already shown up on the pc?

I (might) know this one!  There are settings for each email account you have registered on your phone under mail->menu->more->settings->send&receive.  Out of the box, the update schedule is every 15 minutes, monday-friday 8am-8pm - that is the Peak time.  Offpeak time, you have manually query for new email unless you change these setting.  (that being said, I still get a lag time  of sometimes an hour when I turn on my phone)
