Does anyone know how to charge with Nokia's charging plate?

Does anyone own or know how to charge with the Nokia charging plate? I am doing what it says and I read online that it was compatible with my HTC Thunderbolt before purchasing it.? Any help appreciated.

The charging plate is a fantastic accessory, escapewithrainy. Did you also purchase the wireless charging battery cover for your phone to go with it? If not, this is needed for the pad to work properly. We don't sell the wireless charging battery cover, but you may be able to order one from HTC directly at 866-449-8358. Otherwise, if you already have the cover and pad, what happens when you place the Thunderbolt on the charging plate? Does any error message appear?
