Exchange ActiveSync

I have had my phone now for over a month and have always had it sync with my work email. Today I am getting the below message every time I try to check my email:

Sorry! The application Mail (process has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Force close.

Can someone please tell me what is going wrong.  Thanks -- Nancy

Hello jolie50!

I hope you are enjoying your new device! Have you tried resetting your device? Pulling the battery, or powering the phone down? Have you changed your password for your work email? Please try and run the phone in safe mode if the reset does not work.
