Font Change for Messages?

Is there a way to change the font, or the size for messages?  I'm starting to go blind reading my messages

I believe you can change the font size in the default email application. Not so much in the default text message application though. Perhaps one of text message application replacements available in the Market has that option.

The other option is to get new glasses or contacts.

I do not believe there is a way to do this with the stock apps but I believe a number of 3rd party apps allows you to change font sizes..

The aftermarket SMS allows you to set the font size, style and color.  try Hancent its a great app with lots of features

+ 1 for Handcent.  It's come a LONG way from when I had it on my Moto Droid, and it keeps getting better with every update.
