HELP!!!

I had an update on my Thunderbolt and it was a firmware file. After it rebooted I got a triangle with a ! point and just stays there. I tried doing the recovery mode and the volume keys aren't working. Its very frustrating. Can someone help me?? My phone isn't rooted.
