Why does my HTC DNA 6435LVW continuously reboot by shutting down and restarting? Can this be fixed.

Started a month ago and Backup assistant plus also will not work. Phone always say that Unfortunately BUA Plus has stopped. I need to back up my contacts in order to change phones. It seems that nothing works right.

We can also help with the BUA issue. When was the last time you were able to back up your phone? Can you please download Verizon Cloud from the Google Play Store and run a back up. Let us know if the issue duplicates.
