HTC ONE not detected on verizon.com

Hello

I recently bought a HTC one from best buy and when i log into my verizon my phone is not detected , Basically ti does not display what type of phone it is ? It has just a general my phone and my number no pic or type of phone it is .The phone works fine and it is active. .please advice .

Wouldn't worry about it. As long as the information is correct that is all that matters,

Since the phone is really new the device photo and features section may not have been updated.

Does the phone detail and support link and manuals link regard your HTC One?
