So i cannot activate this device, it came with 2 sim cards for some mysterious reason. Also it just won't authenticate or whatever it needs to to activate. It just says "please wait while your phone connects to Verizon Wireless and automatically activates. Please help me.
Well if it is like my phone. One was in the phone itself and then they sent one. I used the one they sent and pulled out the one that was in my phone and put the other one in that they sent seperately. Then do what it says to activate and it sometimes can take a little bit but if it is taking more than 10 minutes on a good signal then you need to call customer service.
