I bought an HTC One in January. It shows it has having Android 4.2.2, software number 1.10.605.2. It has never prompted me to update.
When I go to Settings > Software update > Status, it shows the following:

If I choose "Check New", it says "no new software update available".
How do I get this phone to update?
I've tried:
- Connecting both via wifi and the LTE connection
- Factory resetting the phone
