I am on my fourth replacement of this phone. They were to send me a different phone on 3rd replacement.They do not return calls nor emails. I have been having problems with these phones for the 3 months. They have no problem suspending your service but when you need service they are not available. I'll will be with Verizon a year this October. That was a mistake. Still waiting for my credit.
What exactly is the problem you are having with the phone? I am using my second Rezound (insurance replacement for the first one that I dropped) and have had little to no issues with either one.
Four replacements is a lot mia801! I would love to resolve this issue once and for all.
What exactly are you experiencing with your HTC Rezound? Were the previous Rezounds all replaced for the same reason? When did you receive your last replacement? Lastly, has your device been damaged or gotten wet in any way? Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!
