I use two gmail accounts on my Thunderbolt, both are Google-based. Last night (as far as I can tell) at 9:50PM my @gmail account on the device stopped syncing mail (calendars and contacts still sync). This morning my @corporate (also gmail) account stopped syncing mail at 9:19AM (calendars and contacts still sync). I can't send or receive mail.
I've restarted the phone.
I've logged in and out of these accounts on a desktop (mail is being sent and delivered via desktop connection).
I've checked to see that auto-sync on device is enabled (it is).
I'm an online publisher and a wireless-only subscriber; I know it's a cliche (and everyone says it), but my LIFE comes and goes through this phone.
Any advice would be a MAJOR help.
Thanks,
Kloz

Go to settings > applications > manage applications > all tab > scroll down to gmail. Select gmail to open the information view. Press the clear data button and then the force stop button. Reboot the phone. Open the gmail app. It should ask you to manually refresh the gmail. If not, press menu > refresh.
This will force a complete re-sync of the gmail app.
You will not lose any data other than you might need to setup your notification preferences and ringtone.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
