HTC Thunderbolt "RED LIGHT OF DEATH" ?!!?!!!

My phone decided to randomly quick working today. The screen is totally frozen. I tried everything. I even tried Hard Restore. The touch screen doesn't work at all and I can't select anything or even open the phone from main screen. The red "charging" light is CONSTANTLY on and doesn't ever turn off. I don't know what else I can do. :smileysad:

Did thne power die before this happened, also how did you hard reset device if unit was frozen... More info may help to explained what happened before you noticed the problem...

Try a battery pull and boot into safe mode. Turn the phone on and at the second HTC screen hold the volume down button.
