While I was using my phone, it shut off completely. I've tried charging it and even soft and hard resets, but nothing is working. The hard reset did work at first but then my phone shut off again and won't turn back on no matter what I do. This is a refurbished phone and I had a similar issue with my first phone.
Kptree, I apologize for the delay in reaching out to you. I'm hoping your issue has been resolved, but if not, let's try a few things first. When you charge your phone, do you show any icons on the screen? Please attempt an alternate hard reset. If still no change, the device will need to be replaced.
