With all the posts with people have issues in one form or another, I decided to switch things up. How many people out there have had absolutely no issues with their Thunderbolt? I plan on buying one tuesday but if it's too buggy I may either wait or go in another direction. Ok so really, who's Thunderbolt has been great or maybe great now that one smal issue was fixed?

best. phone. ever. and to me that is saying a lot because my droid incredible was FLAWLESS for a the year that i used it. my only issues have been user errors or minor differences in how to do things. also, there are still some apps that have yet to be updated to work with it that they REALLY need to fix (i'm looking at you my verizon AND nfl!!!). i had decided to keep it a few days in to using it and then, once skype video became available, it was a no brainer.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I have problems with Bluetooth with both my ear piece and interfacing with our 2011 Buick. Other than that as a couple of Verizon's own app Bolt is great.

If you had asked me 24 hours ago, I would have said that this is one of the best phones on the best network. I am no longer bullish on the network (approaching 24 hours without 4G). The phone is great especially once you increase your administrative control (shall we say) over it. I like the fact that it has more on board storage compared to my EVO so I don't even have to put apps on the huge 32 gig sd card (which I can then use for storing and flashing custom Roms and kernels). Once rid of the Verizon Bloatware, space is even more plentiful! So I would definitely give 2 thumbs up to the T-bolt!

I've had no problems with mine. I love the kickstand. The main thing that sold me is the "lightning" fast responsiveness of the processor, in terms of firing up apps, doing voice search or whatever. The apps process speed/responsiveness is complemented by 4G where you have it. I don't have issues with battery life because I'm a moderate user and I disable background sync (my exchange/sync calendar is the only one I automatically let sync).

Quickly approaching the end of my 14 days. Nothing has happened since my post in the "it's a keeper" thread to change my mind and send it back. I still miss my picasa pictures in my gallery, wish I were in a 4g area and have changed my mind about the Google voice. AZSALUKI (must be an SIU graduate) provided a way that exceeded my needs in voice dialing.
So the TB is not going back!

I have a great app called quick pic. I am a photographer and have 2,800 pics that I moved from my computer to my phone.
I had all my photos on my computer In one file with sub folders. When I first moved the file to my phone I was not happy. It did not keep my photos in folders like on my IPhone so when I wanted to show a photo I had to look through 2,800 photos. I was not a happy camper. Now with this new app when I click on it all 2,800 photos are in there original photos like I have them on my computer. Loving my Thunderbolt

Is that a pre-loaded app on your T-Bolt or a free one from the Market?

free in the market. i used it on my old incredible for a while, but it doesn't include videos in the gallery (so i went back to the stock gallery). other than that, i loved it. great app.
*edit.....just downloaded it for my tbolt and it now DOES support video. this is my new gallery now!!!

Love the Thunderbolt. Upgraded from the Eris that I rooted and overclocked, and the T-Bolt is still much faster. Lots of storage. No phone bugs that would keep me from recommending the upgrade. Just remember, like computers, when something new comes out, there is always a few compatibility issues. If that is going to be a problem, stay analog!
