How can I change language on the Voice Mail greeting to English - HTC1?

My HTC1 answers Voice Mail in Spanish............. I don't want my own greeting, how can I change the standard greeting back to English?

Voicemail can be difficult in another language. Let's fix that! Is just the greeting in Spanish? Is the entire menu in Spanish? Where are you located? There are differnet systems based on different areas. 

You can try these steps. Dial *86 to access your voicemail then press (#) then put in your password.   Please press (4) for personal options, then (2) for administrative options then (1) for General options then (5) for Voice Mailbox language.

If you are just trying to get the greeting in English, follow the above steps but after General option (1) press (9) for telephone language.
