I don't have the same options to return it to the way it was. I already tried to restart the phone a few times. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

I personally have made several changes to phone's screens and I can only imagine how inconvenient it is to be unable to customize it the way I like it. What options are you referring to specifically? Did these changes happen after a particular action (software update, installing certain application, etc.)? Are your trying to set certain features or applications?
