Issues with Thunderbolt shutting off after recent update

I have been having issues now for a month with my Thunderbolt... not happy. I just recently got a replacement phone, the most current updates have been installed and my phone is continuing to shut off... not as often as before but it's still happening - anyone else having this issue?
