Just want to upload photos from my HTC Thunderbolt to my PC.

I've connected via usb cord, but can't see my photos that are on the phone to move them. I connect the usb from phone to pc as "mount as disk drive". Then when I look in "Explore" I see "Mobile Device" but nothing show up under it (or in it).

This should be a simple task. Can anyone get he there?

When I double click the added drive that is listed on my PC, all sorts of files are listed

Hi jwsharber!

We want you to transfer over those important memories! You might want to check your SD card on your device to make sure that it is inserted correctly. Were the files that you wanted to transfer on the card or the phone memory? If you'd like the card memory, please insert the card, then plug the phone in. For the phone memory only, remove the card and plug the phone in. You may also want to try a different disk drive as it may be labeled as something different. Keep us posted if you're still having issues. Thanks!
