Hello I have to make a payment today, but I had to use my money to pay for a replacement phone. Since my phone broke on Sat. I want to know if I can make a payment adjustment. But the problem is I dont have a phone to connect to a financial advise. How else would I be able to connect to anyone over the internet?
You could visit your local Corporate Verizon store to discuss payment options, or go to the top of this page and click on Contact Us, then click on View More under Get in Touch ... on the left-hand side, you can Send an E-mail. However, that option can take 48 hours for a response.
