I Have tried practically every thing and it won't charge... Any help?
Are you trying to charge it with the cable that came with the phone? Are you using a wall outlet? USB to computer? Car charger?
Do you get any error messages? Is there any indication that it is attempting to charge (indicator lights, icon changes?)
A little more information would be helpful.
