***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. My downloaded videos won't play

For some reason the videos that I have downloaded from websites will no longer play on my phone... I get a message that saids, "Cannot play video:  Sorry this video cannot be played."  Any suggestions...

Any chance you accidently changed the default player to a unsupported player?  Try going to whatever player you have open that attempts to play the file and clear the default option and see if you have another player that is supported, also do you have the latest Flash player from market if the file is a flash file.

I would like to help. Are you able to view other videos created on the device or viewed directly online? Have you tried pulling out your battery and replacing it?
