My phone isn't sending text messages to certain people. Why?

My phone is not sending text messages to 2 of my friends. (one has att and one has tmobile) My texts send fine to my mom (verizon)

Why is this? It is super frustrating and just started today. Yes I have tried restarting my phone and I have deleted all my message threads with them.

Any help or advise would be appreciated! Thank you!

No need to fret because we'll have this fixed in a jiffy. Are you using a third party messaging app? Do you receive an error message when sending a text or do they just not receive it? Also, are you recently coming from an iPhone?
