I 've just had my third thunderbolt replaced due to malfunctioning and this time when it was reactivated (in English) it swtich to rusian cyrilliac, and then all my contacts dissappeared. Is this a virus?
Its very inconvenient to have this happen to you. It definitely should not be switching languages. After removing the battery and retesting did it return to English? Please let us know if your still experiencing this issue.
