How do I get my phone to allow me to send videos as text or email no mater how small it won't send? Help!

Chesbayhse, we want you to be able to share those amazing memories that you capture by video to all of yoru friends and family members. Do you get an error message when you try to send a video message? If so, what does that message say? Have you ever been able to seen a video message to your contacts before? Please keep us posted with the details.
