I have been to the Verizon store twice, attitude is; too bad, so sad, get a new phone and new plan. They say they can't even save my data (pictures etc) even though it has a SD card in it? I have tried different chargers, dock and car charger. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years and have been paying a insurance fee for extended service!
I see you're having problems with your HTC Rhyme! I want to ensure you're able to enjoy your device again.
When did the problem with your device charging begin? Has your Rhyme had any physical or liquid damages? If so, and you're paying for the insurance coverage, I recommend filing an insurance claim for the damages. http://bit.ly/07CrqPK Otherwise, if it's not damaged, we can look into warranty replacement options. Is it still covered under warranty or do you have the extended warranty coverage? Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!

I have an extended warranty. No it is not damaged just little wear and
tear. all I want is to save my pictures. the deductible is more than the
new phone! I was never told this before now. I am extremely disappointed
with Verizon! The customer service is awful!
