I just checked on the device and the download has begun.....
I completely missed this post until now. My SIM card adapter should be here next week. Then I can try to download the update as well.
For me, the only change I see is the connectivity and speed of the hotspot is better and I no longer have connection drops on my iPad.... Happy camper
