News App & Subscriptions not Syncing

Question

I use Google Reader.  The News application on the Thunderbolt doesn't seem to sync with my read/unread items in Google Reader.  It pulls the correct subscriptions down with the correct and most current articles, but it doesn't mark them as read or unread.  Anyone else having this problem?

To allow the best troubleshooting of this issue, I recommend contacting Google directly, as they are the developer of this application. You can either do so in the Market by clicking "Contact Developer" in the app itself, or choosing this link.
