Since yesterday, I have not been able to connect to mobile data (3g or 4g lte). I can go onto wifi, but without wifi, no mobile! Any ideas?
Have you rebooted the device?? If so try the following:
When I had the issue, I would place my device in airplane mode then thake it back out and data would come back.
If that does not work, Pull the battery while the device is powered up
I restarted. Went into Airplane mode. Pulled out the battery. Factory reset (several times) etc.
Nothing worked. I spent almost an hour with VZW and they are overnighting a new phone. I hope that one works!
