PPTP Not working

I'm having difficulty connecting to my VPN over Verizon's network on my Thunderbolt. It's handshaking successfully, and the connection manager shows that my phone is connected to the VPN, but no traffic can go through. (Email, web browsing, etc. times out.)

Does anyone know of a solution to getting VPNs to work on the Thunderbolt? It seems to be an issue with Verizon's network.

Hello Revls Sleepy,

I would like to assist you.  Have you attempted to delete the VPN and re-add it?  To delete the network you will press and hold on the network name and choose to delete it.  To re-add the PPTP please follow the visuals here .  Please test the web browsing, emails, etc and respond with your results so I may confirm this helped you or further assist you.  Thank you.
