I don't know how this happened or why since my phone was working just fine before I went to bed last night, but this morning it says it is PUK code locked and I don't know how to fix it. I tried following the tips I gleened in this forum, but my page doesn't have to option to unlock the PUK, it just gives me a string of numbers that I don't know where to input. Someone, please help, I have calls I have to make before noon today and my Thunderbolt is the only phone I've got. It also doesn't help that I can't leave my home today because i am super sick.
I am sorry about the late response. We surely do want you to be able to utilize your phone and don't want to make you anymore sick. The best way to get the PUK code is by contacting our Customer Service Department at 800-922-0204. In a matter of moments we can have your device unlocked and have you up and running.
