Phone continues to cycle to HTC screen

My previously perfectly fine phone is suddenly cycling through the HTC screen every time I try to turn it on.

I do a safe boot and have tried all of the options there - including a factory reset - and nothing works. It just continues to go back to the HTC screen and then shut off, turn itself back on and stick at the HTC screen again. Repeatedly.

Same thing happened to mine.  Had to get it replaced.  Supposedly there is something they can do in the store according to the techs I spoke with.
