Unable to download photos/videos from phone to PC.

What do yoy mean by unable, what happens when you

1. Plug device to PC usb

2. Drop Notification Bar and select Charge Only if you dont see the auto request to select Disk Drive

3. Select Disk Drive from list

4. Should auto run on  PC but if not Open Computer area on PC

5. Select last drive letter storage and browse to folder images are saved..  DCIM default for camera shots

6. select and copy and then paste them wher you want on pc..

Thank you for posting the information as to what to do to download photos to a computer.  My booklet for my Samsung Galaxy phone is packed away in storage.  I thought this might be how it's done, but didn't want to take a chance of messing something up with my phone. Again, thank you so very much.
