Complete bullshit. I go to upgrade my account to account owner and it won't allow me to. Ironically, you can't do a fucking thing to your account unless you are the account owner....go figure. Need answers and needed them yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!
This is one of those moments where you should remember to calm down and then seek help. The likely scenario is that, if pertaining to web access, the account owner login was established on another phone number. I had that happen to my account. More than anything else, though, no one deserves the type of aggression you are presenting.

I believe you saw a customer who was replied to in a mature manner stepping up and apologizing for remarks he made while upset and thanking hem who tried to help them.
