When I look at what app or feature is using the most data, there is one that has slowly building up and is now on top at 148mb. Nobody can tell me what it is or how to remove the data if possible at all. Its Dialer Storage which I guess isnt so much an app but something keeping my call history even after its deleted from the main phone dial pad option. Any help would be great. Also I drop internet seconds after entering google play and sometimes the browser. I have done what they said to do and now both verizon and google blame each other and say call htc. I dont see how it could be them and they say call provider

Good afternoon DaD2B33! I can help you out. Try these steps:
1. On the Dialer screen, hit Properties (bottom middle-left red button)
2. Then Call history
3. Then Properties again
4. Then Remove call history
5. Check Select all at the top
Let me know if this helps.
