I previously activated a thunderbolt on my account. then switched to the iphone 4.
I would like to put the same thunderbolt back on my account in place of the iPhone. it has not been 30 days yet. how would i need to reactivate it...i have seen that you should NOT dial *228 with the Thunderbolt.

DO NOT DIAL *228 because I was told it can damage sim card, you have to contact a CS rep to get the device card activated because when you deactivate a 4G sim and switch to a non 4G device the sim usually dont want to reactivate, I have also heard of some that had to replace the sim after a spedific time limit because the sim is removed from the system..
Call CS rep and they should be able to get you going...

Wildman is correct, you will need a new SIM as it has been passed 14 days. Call in and they will send you a replacement
