Receiving NO calls from one contact

I have one contact who I speak to fairly regularly, but within the past few months, more and more of his calls to me are being dropped.  He has called me from multiple phones in multiple places, and none of his calls come through.  He says the phone rings and it goes to my voicemail, and he leaves me messages which I never get.  Everyone else's calls seem to come through fine.  Also, none of his texts come through either.  He recently bought a Verizon prepaid phone in case it was a problem with the Boost mobile phone he was using, but that never worked at all.  He's tried landlines and business phones, too, to no avail.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much for providing all of the details you provided regarding your friend. It gives us a great starting point to know that he has tried different means to reach you.
I can only imagine how upsetting it must be to keep dropping these calls. Let's first make sure your phone is linked to the closest towers by dialing *228 option 2.
What concerns me is that you notice it with a specific contact. We will need to investigate it further in order to be able to stop this form happening. Please contact 800.922.0204 option 3 to get a ticket filed. You should also make note of the time of the call that was dropped with this particular number. ^TH
