Rezound no longer connecting to PC

Angry Computer no longer recognizes Rezound

I have had my Rezound since it first came out and up until Nov had no problem. Now when I try to connect to PC via USB, my computer does not see it. Have rebooted, pulled sim card, reloaded HTC sync to pc, reset all the debug and disk switches. Need some help here, please!!!

Yes I have tried several cords and multiple computers.  Phone is charging, but not seeing disk or phone.

Let's get your phone recognized by your PC mlcooke258!  What operating system are you using on the computer?  Are you running version 3.14.605.12 710RD on the Rezound?

I am using Windows 7 on my PC.  My Rezound version is 3.14.605.12 710RD.

Did the steps provided above prove to be succesful? It takes you out to HTCs support site. Windows 7 is compatible and your software is up-to-date.

Yes I redid all of the phone settings and they did not help.  Have pulled battery, etc.  It was working great up until mid/late Nov.

Have you done a factory reset?   to do that you must

1. pull the battery and replace it.

2. hold the Volume Down button while pressing the power button.

3. Select the Factory reset option be pressing the Down Volume button and select by pressing the Power button.

If this does not work.  Contact Verizon support and ask for a warranty replacement.
