I purchased a ringtone from the Verizon store, and I recieved it as a text message. How do you install it in the list of ringtones?

there's GOT to be an easer way than that???? i don't think the average user would even know how to do what you suggest.

As long as you have purchased your ringtones from Verizon Store you will not need a third party app to install.
Once you have gotten confirmation message of purchase, tap and hold on message
tap Save Audio then go to Settings>Sound>Phone Ringtone you should see the ringtone you purchased.
Now to find out how to install my Ring Back Tones LOL!!

i think you have to pay $2/mo to use ringbacks don't you???? you have to add that feature to your plan i believe??

I just bought a ring tone off the website. I got the text and I downloaded it and saved audio and now I can't find it. Where can it be?

Personally I would then move the file to the following folder on the sd card. You might have to create the folder.
Root of the sd card / media / audio / ringtones
Additional folders to make if you want.
/ media / audio / notifications
/ media / audio / alarms
