Roadside Assistance

I noticed that the roadside assistance feature is no longer offered at a family rate. Did they do away with family pricing added to the primary line of the family plan? Also, does anyone have and use this feature? What are your experiences with the roadside assistance?

I have personally used Roadside Assistance http://bit.ly/PzCdl8 for a flat tire & to be dug out of a ditch. It really came in handy.

We don't have a family rate for this excellent feature at the present time.
