SMS Error

I am getting an sms error. It says Cause Code: 65535 Error Class: 3. Also when I get this it also will not let a call go through or me to receive a call. When I try to make a call it says, "Call origination attempts fails due to an immediate signal loss (signal fade or service available)" I have full bars of service and there is no service loss. What does this mean and how can I resolve this issue? I have screen shots to show.

Yes I have Facebook installed but when I go through the Extended Network (Appalachian Wireless) it will send or through another Verizon tower with less bars. I had this problem before with the HTC Incredible but the Verizon Representative basically said I was making this up. It only happens when I go a specific tower (on the HTC Incredible I did *#*#4636#*#* and the SID was 121b and if it went to SID 217c it would send so I figure it is the same thing happening). If I go through any other tower I can send and receive text without any issues.
